“First order received and damaged in transit although apparent box had been 'taped up' prior to delivery. Ordered second one two weeks ago via express delivery and still no sign. Unanswered emails to customer services”

“Wouldn’t know how good or bad fitting was as never received it lyco just took my money and kept a hold of it for 2weeks then refunded it.Without doubt the worst company I have dealt with won’t ever be using them again”

“I have purchased several of these lights, they are lightweight to handle the louvre is quite flimsy. if its a replacement for a standard batten then you might struggle if the existing one has a central entry point.”
