“Awful. Bought a Spotlight online (£23), for an inside Plant Pot. The item arrived the next day, without a Plug. Called CS to to told I need a Transformer that will cost £26. If I wanted to return it, it would cost £4. When to my local Scewfix Store and bought a Spotlight with Plug for £13. Yes, my error for not reading the full description details, just goes to show how much they are charging.”
