“I was delighted to have found that Lyco was one of the very few companies online which sold these old fashioned T12 / G13 cap flourescent tubes in this dimension and wattage . However , they were delivered to me in shattered pieces . I suspected it was either during packaging or in transit by the courier . Nevertheless , Lyco was professional enough to refund my cost without my need to send them back in broken glass pieces in the original box which could cause injuries to handler. I put them aside if Lyco would send courier to collect them but was eventually instructed to dispose of them .”

“Fast delivery. Tested all five tubes. All of them lit up although three shimmered for a few minutes before settling down. Quality okay but light emitted not as white as high quality tube I am currently using which is no longer available. Also tubes a little dirty. Old stock? I wonder how long they will last?”

“This company is hopeless, will not use them again. Customer service, never reply. Late delivery, despatch goods from warehouse after deadline for delivery. Packaging, to big for product inside, rattles around”

“4 tubes very good. 5th tube had a coating blemish. I was surprised that the carrier told me that if I opened the box to check the tubes she could not take them back or let me refuse delivery.”
