“I bought this bulb for its high CRI as our existing fluorescent energy saving bulbs were distorting the colour of our walls compared to daylight. This has made a significant improvement to the colour perception although it's not perfect. The light from the bulb is a bit brighter than I expected but our previous bulbs weren't bright enough for the room, so it's probably the contrast. The new bulb consumes less energy (7.5W compared to 11W before) and were sensibly priced as well so that's all good for us!”
