“Great product poorly packaged! A great replacement for the normal fluorescent tube. Much brighter light that comes on instantly, just don't forget to replace the starter with the supplied LED compatible one. Only downside was how poorly the items were packaged. Individually they were packed in rigid cardboard tubes but were then shipped in a larger box which allowed them to move during transit which resulted in one of the tubes being broken. Customer service was excellent and broken tube was replaced without quibble. I just would have thought they could have packaged them better to eliminate wastage through damage.”

“I have ordered these lights twice for my garage and they have stopped working after only a few months use. I have just ordered a new set hoping that these will last longer. I have not been able to get hold of you via telephone or email so I do not know how much warranty comes with the lights.”
