“The first batch that I ordered from had issues with capsules failing. Lyco quickly sent replacements and have changed supplier. All the original capsules were replaced and the new ones have been trouble free. So 5* for Lyco customer service, 1* for the old capsules, and 5* for the new capsules. So if you're reading this review for new capsules then the issues should now be resolved, and if there are problems then just drop Lyco an email. Rated as a 3* only for the initial product issue.”

“This small bulb was easy to fit into a table lamp and gives a very nice, warm light. I'm surprised how much light it gives. I've only been using it for a week so don't know how long it will last.”
