“The paper shrunk and the coloured transferred even although it was put up by a professional decorator. We were then given ridiculous instructions about the temperature of the room that arent on the instructions for the replaced paper that they insisted on sending and the colour still transferred. Our decorator said he had put up thicker lining paper. We finally got half our money back after we only used one roll of the replacements. I think you need to accept that there is an issue with the quality of your paper. Avoid at all costs.”

My sincerest apologies for any trouble caused with your wallpaper and too hear our line of questioning towards a resolution has not been understood as constructive. We do not aim to point blame to any specific factor of application but do need to assess these variables when it comes to shrinkage as this can otherwise be a possible factor that causes problems to take place.
With the agreed return of product we can hopefully check this further upon arrival and determine with more accuracy this alongside any refunds agreed.
