“Will never use this company again. Receive my wallpaper it had an embedded mark going across they told me that my decorator must’ve done it refusing to give me my money back. Patronising customer service overall very poor.”

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a product that doesn’t meet expectations, and we did take your concerns seriously when you contacted us. Upon reviewing the images you provided, as well as the condition of the wallpaper roll, our quality assurance team determined that the white line appeared to be consistent with damage sustained post-manufacture, most likely during handling or installation. While we regret that we were unable to offer a refund in this case, please be assured that our assessment was made in good faith.

“Nice paper, however we under ordered first time, ordered once more, and the paper was a different texture/print to the rest although colours were the same. Disappointing but print is nice and paper felt good quality - just the printing let it down.”

As both orders were placed separately, it's possible that the batches of wallpaper may not have matched perfectly. In the manufacturing process of wallpaper, batches are printed to ensure consistent colour matching throughout. When batches are different, there can be a shade variance between them. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Glad to hear you love the design first and foremost and we are always happy to accept returns on surplus rolls within 30 days if you need to send these back for a refund. If the calculation has shown to be significantly inaccurate and you can provide the measurements in email, we would be happy to review this also if needed.
