“Very different to handle without leaving white marks where paper bent. Paper not even creased but showing white marks. Edges of paper show white even when patten and edges matched perfectly. Very disappointing and over priced.”

“Beautifully designed wallpaper but was quite difficult to hang - the size and shape of the room didn't help (small downstairs loo). I needed to buy a second roll as I was tiny bit short and knew that it would be risky not coming from the same batch. Colour of the second roll was a good match with the original, bit the paper itself was totally different! It had a shine to it whereas the first one was totally matte. I persevered and finished to room but it's a bit disappointing.”

Due to production changes you caught this at a bad time with respect to the matt/shiny finish transition in production and I can only apologies further for any trouble that may have caused you.
