Thank you for reviewing our gold sign standoff wallmounts.Unfortunately as your order was being sent to Belfast (which is classed as overseas with our courier) your order could not be shipped until we had received payment for the delivery which caused the initial delay. Your order was shipped the day after payment for shipping was received and has been with the courier since as a request was made to DPD on the 05/05/18 to take your order to their 'Pick-up Shop' for a collection.I hope this helps to clarify what has happened with your order and again we apologise for any inconvenience that has been caused with your order through no fault of our own.Kind regards,Customer Service Team
