And you make your order and the following day they say to you what will the delivery costs and how long will it take...the following day, not instantly like 99% of the e-shops worldwide...”
Thank you for your feedback. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are always attempting to be competitive when offering customers from outside the UK delivery. As we have a wide range of products varying in size and weight it is difficult for us to have standard delivery charges for all locations.
