“When we received the bin, opened just to check the contents were all in there. We then took to a conference one week later and then to our disappointment, the screws (which are made of plastic) had snapped, meaning the bin was not able to take its full capacity, and also was uneven.
This is quite disappointing and we would like to have something done about this.”
