“The product first didn't come with the top metal clip as per the image I was sent and as per the image on the website.
Then, when I asked for the clips and they sent them out they came as clumsy plastic clips which look a bit of a mess on the top of the frame. When I originally emailed about the product they sent a picture of the frame with a neat little metal clip on it and said there is a metal clip, then when the clips arrived they were nothing like that.”
