“I couldn't figure out how to mount my frame but will investigate. Instructions not clear as to where the fixings were on back panel. I have still to put it up.”
“The frame is OK, but the fixings are TERRIBLE, the way they're designed is almost impossible to put the frame up properly! The grub screw twists inside the barrel so you can't get it tight to the wall and then the fixing nut relies on the frame being together before you fit it so you have to clamp anything into the frame whilst in situ - which is pretty difficult without getting fingerprints on the inside of the frame and everything slipping inside the frame!
The frame looks good, but I would not recommend it at all because of the fixings.
I have had similar frames before that use a 2 piece fixing and that works very well, these fixings are just very badly designed, I'm surprised anybody has been able to use them effectively.
Also there were no instructions (you can work out how to put it together, but would be nice to at least have some instructions on the fittings and there were no screws for the fixings either!!) All in all pretty bad experience,!”
