“Despite the packaging, both glasses were scratched. I ordered a clear phot frame and it came blue. On top of that, the frames are not even the same size and one sticks up higher than the other. Utterly disappointing”
Our thanks for your feedback on the wall mounted acrylic photo frames. The frames are sent out with a protective film on both sides of each panel, this can sometimes look very scratched and sometimes blue in colour however when removed the acrylic panel should be as new. It does sounds as though there may still be films on your frames to remove however the difference in size of frame does not sound correct so a member of our customer service team will be in touch to rectify this for you.Kind regards,Customer Service Team
