“I have bought lots of this make in the past and always found them good quality at a reasonable price. Straight leg, not too loose, not too tight, just right. Very smart and have only worn them once but they appeared to keep their shape.”

“I've previously had a good experience with Lucy Cobb, and this order was delivered promptly, but although the tags said it was a full-length pair, the sewn-in label said it was a size "10S" rather than "10". The inside leg measured only 28-29 inches, confirming it was a petite size, so I had to return the item. I did email Lucy Cobb beforehand asking if I would have to bear the cost of return postage, given it wasn't my mistake, but received no reply.”

Carey. Thank you for your feedback. We have taken it up with Robell and they will refund us the trousers. I hope someone has since contacted you re the postage. Apologies for us not having done it immediately as we do get a lot of emails and messages each day and don’t always get through all of them immediately. It can’t be repaid with the cost of the item our system doesn’t allow us to do that. But hopefully like I said I hope you have been contacted since. Any problems ring us on Monday and we will sort. Thanks and apologies again for the mix up with the size. It’s not often it happens. Lucy x
