“My first purchase from Lucy Cobb and I have to say what a fantastic service. I left a voicemail for them and not only did they call me back the same day, they called me back the next day too! Most companies now you can't even get a phone number and if you can nobody ever calls you back! Extremely helpful and friendly. Jeans arrived super quick and although I had to pay for the return (I bought white jeans in two sizes) the notification of the return and refund was almost instant. Well done Lucy Cobb for offering a service I thought nobody gave any more! Sue Andrews”
