“Lovely staff, I originally ordered another style of Robell trousers online which didn't fit correctly. I returned them to the shop and the assistant was very knowledgeable about the different styles and within a few minutes, I had a pair of trousers that fitted perfectly and exchanged them for the original pair quickly and efficiently.”
