“I love these jeans and the service could not have been better. Lucy phoned me to confirm there was only one pair left and they had a small mark on them which she also sent me photo's of. If I was happy to buy (I was) then I would receive a generous discount. The jeans arrived and I struggle to see the flaw. The excellent communication and customer service were, brilliant and a rare thing these days. I would recommend Lucy Cobb to anyone.”
