“I have lost weight recently and sent for my usual size - too big. I sent for a size smaller, exactly right. I returned the bigger trousers and was amazed to receive a refund immediately! What service. This was the first time I had required to return anything so was delighted with the quick response. Well done. Just wish all internet shopping was like yours.”

“I bought these as a pair of walking trousers for winter as they are warm and dry easily with the added advantage of them sitting on my boots without trailing on the floor and getting wet!!”
