“These add a lovely sweetness to rotisserie chicken and create a wonderful dark colour on the skin with a nice smoke ring on the meat. One thing to be careful of, though - they burn super hot (or mine are, at least!) so keep an eye on temperatures.”
That they do... and we don't even dry them any more!!!
