The pellets are no different to the Ooni pellets, minimal smoke, pizza oven heated to 500 within 15 minutes. As I would expect minimal residue from pellets tray.
I have now bought a 30 litre plastic lock-tight bucket with a scope which I keep the pellets in.
I am so pleased, the good were packed well, arrived the following day to my surprise, I have recommended the supplier to friends also.
