“Pizza oven pellets worked a treat, no soot, tar and barley any residue left when cooled, just as good as the ones from Ooni. They burned nice and hot and didn’t burn too quickly either. Will buy more when I work my way through these, that might take awhile though 20kg will cook a lot of Pizza’s.”
