“I installed a tiny little hobbit wood burner in my studio. Aware that wood burners are not ecologically without consequence, I decided it was the simplest form of heat to go for and got the most up to date environmentally sound model. The problem was then to cut normal sized logs down to fit in to the tiny little stove.......enter, Love Logs!
Tiny, Hobbit sized logs, a box ful of which, keep me warmly toasty for weeks on end, while I work. Perfect!”

“These are truly excellent logs. They aren't the cheapest, so in a fit of good house keeping I tried some considerably cheaper local logs. In spite of these having the approved 'less than 20% moisture content', their performance was not a patch on the Hobbit logs.
My recent Hobbbits measured less than 10% moisture content, which is excellent. I have a modern Stovax burner with good airflow control and they work wonderfully with it. Despite their dryness, they have a good weight and substance and, because they are so responsive to the air controls, I get fraught-free fires. They earn their place in my hearth!”
Ahhhh Clive this is so good to hear! We would genuinely do it cheaper if we could but have always run on the lowest margins possible to do what we do consistently and sustainably, so feedback like this is wonderful to hear.
Thanks for your support!

Thanks so much Lorraine, we're so happy to have helped - the idea for the business came around because we got tired of splitting logs down ourselves so this is lovely feedback 😃
