Hi Luke,
Having swapped some emails it sounds like you left this 4 star review on the wrong product, and intended to leave it for the kindling you bought.
We're actually launching new kindling at some point soon so hopefully this will address your concerns with not feeling you received a consistent enough product.
We'd appreciate it if you could edit your review of the applewood to reflect your thoughts on that product!
