We researched quite a lot and worked closely with our supplier, and found the softwood pellets to be safe for use in a high heat environment like a pizza oven.
We're desperate to find a UK-made hardwood pellet but for now we're launching a European beech pellet in a couple of weeks, if you do want to use a hardwood pellet.
