“Unfortunately I didn't end up with the gold crate, as there wasn't any in stock (despite receiving the dispatch email). I was offered the silver version and was assured it's the same quality.
I'm very happy with the crate. It's quite heavy and seems very strong. The only downside was that the plastic tray was broken on arrival. This was replaced within a couple of days. The plastic tray is quite flimsy and if it weren't covered with the pup's bed, I'm sure it would be chewed to pieces in seconds.
Overall, I found the customer service extremely good, considering the issues I had, and I I say, the actual crate is very good quality and I'm very pleased with my purchase.”
