“My only complaint is that when ordering "add on" tests it should be clearer that when registering the test you need to register both tests at the same time. Seems blindingly obvious now that I've done it however when I originally ordered the testosterone test plus vitamin D add on I received an email confirmation that the testosterone test had been dispatched giving me the impression that the vitamin D test was being dispatched separately. It would be clearer if you could list ALL of the tests on the dispatch confirmation with a note to say that ALL tests should be registered at the same time when the sample is taken.”
