“The instructions are a bit complicated for anyone who is doing this for the first time. Not sure the instructions can be any simpler, its just a fiddly and complex process. I did make a mistake, but once I received contact from customer support, she was really helpful and responsive. Got there eventually!”
Hi David,
We clearly state on the instruction sheet, four times in particular, that the lab will not process your sample if it is not activated. You need to activate it in order to receive your report. The system fails to send any reports if it does not match a sample ID to the blood sample we receive. Please activate your sample ID in order to receive your report.
