The parcel was delivered to a wrong address so I did ask them to get in touch with Royal Mail and ask where was it delivered (I would have gone to take it from there myself if it was close by).However they did not do anything. They did not refund me nor did they deliver the product.As for Royal Mail, we all know they are not great.”
