“Great quality item with simple, concise instructions, easily constructed by the family. Great delivery service. However, the customer service from Garden Adventure was not great; the cabin was a month late arriving, we had to chase for information regarding this as none was forthcoming. The incorrect bearers arrived and although we received a refund we had to chase for this. Not sure I would recommend them but the cabin materials were great.”

We are glad that overall it was a great experience for you - the quality of the materials are excellent and instructions simple and easy to understand. We are sorry to hear about the difficulties that you experienced with the customer service and delivery of the cabin and bearers. The issue with the bearers was a mix up between the factory and the composite bearer supplier. The factory shouldn't have packed the wooden bearers and the composite items that were on route from their distribution point were unusually delayed in reaching you. The refund was an oversight on my part and for this I apologise most sincerely. The funds were sent by bank transfer the morning of receiving your chasing email for the full amount of £330.83 plus vat. We certainly take any feedback on board to ensure that we can provide a seamless customer experience all round. Again, thank you for your feedback and for your rating.

“I after a long period of time received my dream Summerhouse aka Office. Martin, was very helpful and at times stressed by my concerns on delivery dates etc. The product arrived and was in good order with a few damaged items, but plenty of spare parts to change around some build problems. The wood is well made and the summerhouse robust and we couldn’t have wished for a better standard of building material. We used local builders who found the instructions for the build to be easy to follow. Excellent Summerhouse and we have recommended 5 people already to consider buying through Martin. Gareth”
