We're really sorry that you were disappointed with your purchase. You actually bought from our ocean plastic range, which aren't meant to look like leather, so I can understand why you might have been disappointed if you were expecting a different material.
We have products made in both ocean plastic and bio leather, so if you are looking for a more leather looking option, then we would recommend buying from our bio leather range.
