“Not happy at all with the current service.
We order two pairs, one for my wife a one for myself. My wife’s pair unfortunately has an colour mismatch, the one shoe is clear white and perfect the other one is very notable yellow white shaded and we unfortunately did not discover the issue until she went to work with the shoes and then she and her colleagues noticed that the shoes do not have the same colour like it should be, probably due to a material miss match or material batch issue.
But now, Løci is not coming back to me with a decision, to take this faulty pair back and get it exchanged.
That is not great at all for a pair of shoes what costs £150.
I hope that they are reading it and are coming back to me to arrange an exchange, until then unfortunately I cannot recommend buying from them, but if you do buy shoes , check your shoes outside with different day lights at different times of the day to check if everything is like it should be, like my own pair but unfortunately not my wife’s.
