“We bought this to replace a RUT 950 that we'd had for years. We are out in the sticks and our wired broadband is appalling, so the solution has been LTE. Although the 950 was still working, as demand on it increased, its slower speed became apparent and the routing side of things often struggled, requiring frequent reboots. Now we’ve gone ahead and bought the RUTX14, I’m happy to say it is superb. Yes- its comparatively expensive, but its very well built, the performance we are seeing from it is excellent. There are lot of features we are not yet using- (GNSS, Bluetooth etc) which I suppose would work very well in a campervan or a boat. It was very easy to set up but if you want more features, select Advanced on the menu and you can make it as complicated as you want it to be for more extensive systems. Definite 5 star rating.”
