“Whilst I would love to write a positive review, I have not yet received the items. I ordered on 1st January 22 and selected Highlands and Islands delivery (2-5 days). Yesterday I received an email from Hermes stating that the item would be delivered that evening between 1900 and 2100. At 1723 I received an email telling me that the driver had been unable to deliver as there was no-one in and no safe place. I was in fact in from 1500 for the whole evening and in fact from 1600-1700 was in my lounge watching TV. I had turned down a shift at work in order to receive the delivery. Today I had another email from Hermes telling me that the package would be delivered this evening between 1900 and 2100 so again declined to work. Guess what - another email at 1748 saying 'There's a delay with the delivery of your Lighting Direct parcel. We'll let you know when your parcel will be out for delivery.' Clearly there is something seriously wrong with their systems and there is no way to talk to a Human being at Hermes. I don't think that this carrier is doing a lot for your reputation and would suggest that you review your contract with them.”

“I ordered these bulbs at the same time as the festoon but unfortunately one was missing on delivery. I contacted customer services and the matter was resolved promptly. I have ordered again and I am confident that the shortage on the previous order was a one off.”

“I have been waiting for a bulb that was missing from the order for about three weeks. The lighting festoon can't be used without all the bulbs being fitted. I am unable to find a phone number to call and I am only getting automated emails. It makes me think hard about dealing with this company again.”

“Brightly coloured bulbs painted on inside so wont fade on exposure to elements , LED so last ages - even bounce when dropped from a height !”
