“Either my fingers have no capacitive ability to make touch lamps work or I ended up with two flawed lamps. Yes, they sort of worked, but it was so intermittent as to be frustrating. Touch, lamp goes on with low brightness, two more touches to increase that, then one more should turn the lamp off. That was the annoying part. Sometimes it just didn't work. It could take 30 seconds or more to turn off. Sometimes that triggered the lamp off then on again. A normal switch? A 2 second operation = job done. Physical muscle memory is a great thing, even in pitch dark, I know where my lamp is and where to feel for the switch. With these stupid things, the entire lamp is a switch, but you can't just turn it on and off, you have to cycle through all the levels of brightness. Good luck getting that light on and off quickly at 2am in the morning! Not for me, it's a problem that never needed solving yet adds a host of other problems. Do yourself a favour, just get a lamp with a simple switch and save yourself the headache of touching the lamp repeatedly for 30 seconds and it not going on or off.”

“These lamps are gorgeous! They are beautifully made and easy to assemble. They're about 10 inches tall. They arrived very quickly and securely packaged. I just wish I had ordered the suggested bulbs to go with them, as they are the small screw golf ball shape, which weren't available in my local shops! My error (doh!). Would highly recommend. Thank you.”
