“From ordering to receipt, our 3 wall lights were delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, one was not perfect but the return process was efficient and a replacement was received without quibble and within 48 hours.”

“Ordered 2 lights online only to then be told via email they would not be available for a month. Tried to cancel the order but no reply. Lights then turn up after 2 weeks with one broken. Try to get a returns label but no reply. Then I get an email asking for a review!”
