“Returning product as the lamp tilts from the base by around 15 degrees. I was given a reference of RT0136645 for the return shipment.I was told by your customer services that it would be collected on Friday the 28 feb. I also received a text from DHL that it would be collected between 1800 and 1900. Despite this not being a good time for us we stayed at home. No collection was made.We still have the parcels and obviously no refund. I am waiting for your reply with interest.”
