“I bought this as a replacement for an already at least 10 year old, last in line, fitting which failed to go on. These lights were in the house when I bought it, and used every day since I moved in. I had someone in to check out the failing fitting and found that the bulb was perfectly alright. I said that I would buy a new linking fitting but was told that it was OK and the light fitting was faulty. It was taken apart even though it stated on it " no repairable parts inside " and thrown in the bin. I had already ordered a link fitting. I then ordered a new light fitting which was received within a couple of days, as was the linking cable. I set about installing it myself, along with the new link fitting, but it did not light up. With the help of a friend, I set about swapping light bulbs from the existing fittings and isolated the fact that the new bulb was not working. I contacted the seller and was sent a new bulb immediately. The customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend these light fittings to anybody wanting an easy-to-install, long-lasting, individually switched, under-cupboard system. Coupled with this supplier you have a win-win situation at a very reasonable cost.”
