“I have bought a few of the eco led battens. A lot of the reviews have fitted them in garages as a replacement to fluorescent lighting. I added 5 to my dark flat and the result was instantly nice, bright rooms. The cool white works very well and saves the expense of getting an electrician to drill holes for spotlights. A cheaper alternative if you don’t mind the aesthetics.”

“It's not very often I do a review but in this case I must admit I was very impressed with the units. These were to replace some 20 year old twin 4' fluorescent light fittings. When the parcel was delivered I actually said to the guy where are the other three as I've ordered four. When I opened the box all four were in there. I must admit I initially fitted one, as I didn't expect them to be any good. What a surprise, not only was it brighter but the beam spread of light was much greater, great neat unit.”
