“Arrived in good time and well packaged. The electrician fitted it and the unit appeared to work. However, it is a little more complicated in setting up the controls than the previous models (Shrimp) that I purchased. The Shrimp model I bought a couple of years ago and needed replacement, is no longer in production. Needs a bit of time to set up, but at the moment seems to do the job.”

“Troublesome to install. Very dissapointed with the so called 180⁰ PIR range. Simply Does not exist! My old twin PIR spotlights we great but after 14years they had their day.”

“I am beyond annoyed as paid for next working day delivery as had electricians booked to install the light. Needless to say it didn't arrive and no way of contacting the delivery Company, Elviri, whose online site kept sending me around in circles...hopeless and so frustrating. I spoke with the company it was purchased from who refunded the extra delivery cost. Was told a delivery would be made, the next working day. Another tracking message arrived as expected but no delivery made! The latest message was that it would be delivered on the next working day....today Monday 17th. I don't hold out much hope.”

“I have not as yet installed the light as I have not received an answer to my email requesting information on whether I can make the settings before the light is connected to power. It would be helpful if the accompanying leaflet provided an installation procedure”
