“I bought this to replace a floodlight that used "long-life" bulbs, which never seemed to last more than a few months. Hopefully this LED should last longer. Installation was easy as I didn't need to drill any new holes in my wall - I just modified the mounting bracket to fit the existing holes by drilling one new hole through the bracket. Likewise with the wiring - I just crimped my existing wiring to the supplied wires using Raychem Duraseal heat shrink butt splices and wrapped it all up with tape. There are two instruction sheets supplied: one for the floodlight and one for the dusk to dawn sensor, which had me searching for the sensor in the box but it is actually built in to the bottom of the light (the instruction sheets need updating). The light output is excellent - more than enough to light up my back garden at light. The sensor seems to work well, switching on the floodlight before it got totally dark last night and switching off the light quickly when I first switched it on yesterday (the photocell powers up in "On" status). I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this light to others without reservations.”
