“I have not received the light. I have had no significant response to my enquiries. I suspect that your courier has lost or misdirected the package. I will cancel my PayPal payment to Lighting- direct. I know that Lighting-Direct is an online retailer but don't they have a phone ?? As I stated in my previous emails after 10 am tomorrow I will not be at the delivery address”

“Light defective when received - 240V socket would not hold shaver plug when inserted. Also Plastic cover over light difficult to remove and refit.”

“The light has arrived, on time, and very well packed. It looks very robust and will be fitting it in my holiday home in Scotland on my next visit. It is to replace an old shaver light. I cannot review it as I haven't fitted it yet.”

“The product was delivered quickly. I had it fitted (it all seemed to be easy enough for the electrician) and it works well. Not much more I can say really. I'm happy that it came with a bulb as it was the main reason I purchased it.”

“The light works OK (although it stopped working a few days after I fitted it and I called in an electrician at a costly fee only for him to press the light cover to cause it to work). It would have been helpful if the firm"seating" of the bulb cover be checked if the light did not work. However whilst the light is satisfactory, the razor socket is not. My razor does not plug into a firm socket and constantly "drops" a few degrees which breaks the electricity supply and cuts out.”

“Spot on next day delivery- needed a third hand (as you do sometimes) to hold it and connect wires but otherwise an easy install- good replacement for similar but very old shaving light.”

“Really bright, looks smart, only downsides have to cut a bit out of the backing as the cable hole is central so no flexibility in siting otherwise.”
