“Appalling - please do not use this company! Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I had to email twice and ring twice to chase the order, all emails and voicemails were ignored. When I finally got through using the sales number I was told there was an issue with delivery and more information regarding my address was needed but no-one had bothered to contact me to get this. I was told the delivery company would contact me the the item was dispatched. They dud not. When it finally arrived the box was in shreds and the with bits of the light fitting hanging out and odd nails and screws in the box. I have no idea if the fitting in damaged or not as we’re renovating and can’t fit it immediately.”

“These have been delivered poor communication, was unaware of delivery date or time ordered other goods at the same time not delivered poor communication. Do not reply to emails do not reply to voice messages do not answer phone very disappointed.”

“The item quality is superb and complements our furnishings perfectly. However making adjustments to the height by removing links is not easy and you need two pliers (I covered mine with tape), again not to damage the delicate gold paint as they can easily be damaged (paint scratched off), so you need to protect the chain links with tape. Also do note this item is heavy, so correct ceiling fittings are needed especially fixing into plasterboard where no other secure fitting is available.”
