“The product itself is great but unfortunately the customer service is absolutely diabolical. I ordered this product on the 27th January 2023 and it was finally delivered on Friday 16th June 2023. I have been offered no compensation. I would not recommend this company due to its appalling customer service.”

“looks great and i am expecting a long life on the front of my house - needed to adjust the cable entry as it was wall mounted and the cable runs from below the lamp - so needed to file a groove at the bottom of the mounting and drill a hole for the cable to enter. simple adjustment. if a cut out and bottom entry had been provided - i would have given the unit 5 stars..”
