“Received damaged, requested return label and find I HAVE TO PAY BUT customer service are superb, answered email by phone within 30 mins and rang again within another 30 mins and had arranged repayment. Cannot complain”

Thank you for getting in touch. Customers DO NOT have to pay to return a damaged item. As per the instructions if "damaged/faulty" is chosen as the return reason no charge is requested.
