“Perfect replacement for some old aluminium half lanterns of a similar design which I needed to replace having moved into a property where the old fittings were badly corroded and were not working. Although the Lighting Direct half lanterns were of plastic construction, they worked well and certainly shouldn’t corrode! The PIR sensor with the option to manually override works well. Very pleased and would thoroughly recommend”

“Light received quickly and installed at the weekend. Slight problem in that the cables enter the light at the bottom whereas on the old one it replaced they came in at the top so the new light had to be fitted higher up the wall. Looks great and is working perfectly so all is well! It may be worth you stating where the wires come in.”

“The light works well and was easy to install, however the quality of the materials is average and the finish of some of the holes poor with an excessive amount of deburring required around the hole for the sensor. Given the cost of the unit I will wait to see how long it lasts.”
