“Very pleased with my puchase of the lamp and bulb. Really good service from Lighting Direct. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and they were delivered 9am the next day. It's a well designed lamp, very easy to put together and it was easy to install by a local contractor.”

“Great service, arrived the day after ordering. Well packaged and a good product. The reason I only gave Four stars instead of Five was that One on the M5/6 screws that hold the column to the base had no thread to recieve the bolt. Luckily I am an engineer and had some bolts that I could use to rectify the issue. there was One other problem fixing it to the concrete base. The supplied "Rag" bolts were of great quality stainless steel, which I could not fault, but the bolts have to be fitted and the base of the lampost fitted over!, this required very carful setting out of the bolts, which were a tad too short to clear the thickness of the base with enough thread to install the Two washers & Nut, and have enough in the concrete to secure them. The holes in the base could be a couple of mm bigger, or reduce the size of the rag bolts to say M8 and make them maybe 20mm longer. I ended up cutting some M8 stainless steel studding (Treaded rod) and resin anchoring (Glueing) the bolts in so that I had sufficient thread protuding above the base and enough in the concrete for good fixing, then used stainless steel dome nuts to finish it off. Having said all this, it really is a great product and worth the Money. If I needed another I would definatly purchase agiain.”
