“One broke as I was trying to fit the lid on. The rest are in the garden but after 6 days are yet to see them alight at all. Hoping it’s a matter of time but as had some sunny days thought would be working by now.”

Thank you for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you had difficulties with one of your solar lights. In the rare event a product arrives faulty this can be reported via our website. There is no requirement to contact customer care in advance. As we advised you by email while some solar lights will arrive with a limited amount of charge, most will not as they have been stored in boxes for some time while in transit and then in a warehouse before being sold. They need to be left outside switched OFF for up to three days to allow the batteries to charge to capacity. Please to note this advice did resolve the issue. The Customer Care Team

“I only gave 3 stars as I did not have the chance to use them.One of them arrived with the glass shattered so I had to return.The returning was easy and fair as I got a refund in 2 days.Otherwise the lights looked good and I think they would be a nice feature in the garden.”
