“I think that the lamp functions fine. Up close it does look like plastic though and I think the finish doesn't help there. However looking from a few metres away it looks ok. My reason for the two stars is battery life, which is poor and can become expensive. I used the lamp for a couple of hours for two nights, on the third night the lamp was noticeably dimmer. Renew batteries and the same thing happens so actual use time is poor. I didn't want to hard wire which would be a major task so battery power and LED was the only way forward.”
